Reverse Engineer - Data Type and Other
« on: April 07, 2006, 09:11:55 am »
I am using 6.0.781.  I noticed that EA doesn't recognizes some of the MySQL (v4.0.x) data type on reverse engineer.  If I have a MySQL table attribute set to int(50) or DOUBLE (10,6) or SET, it just sets them to blank.

I noticed another thing that most of the columns are set to default not null and in some cases the PK column has initial value of 'PRI' even though the table doesn't have any initial value for primary key column.

Is this a bug?

You should try with an upgrade to the current release. EA 6.5 is anounced to appear soon and I remember having heard about further MySQL improvements. If you problem persists, you should send a bug report to Sparx (see main site).
