Orphaned(?) records in the db
« on: April 20, 2006, 01:16:07 pm »
My t_package table contains several records (around 30) that do not seem to have a corresponding package in the project.  They seem to be records left behind by deleted packages.  Is there a simple way to clean them up, or is it a manual thing?
Thanks,
Jeff

Have you tried Tools | Data Management | Data Integrity?

The Package Structure check may pick it up and either recover or delete them.  It's also possible that it won't, depending on why they aren't showing up.

Thanks for that advice.  I did a little more digging and found that the RaQuest add on had a pile of trashed packages that were kept.  I removed the RaQuest trash package.  Not sure how that will affect things, but not impressed with RaQuest so will likely stop using it.

Thanks,
