Where can I find the time event element? It is represented as an hour glass symbol. I see it in the activity diagram example in help, but there seems to be no other reference to it.

OK Steve,

This one is really buried in the docs, but here's how:
  • Make sure you have used the Receive element (I somehow keep grabbing the Send element and have to do it over).
  • Right-click on the element to get the context menu; select Advanced Settings.
  • Click Accept Time Event - it's at the bottom of the Advanced Settings context menu.
  • This should transform the event into the hourglass.

No, you can't have it!

David,
That was it. I had already used the receive message symbol and right clicked on it but missed the "accept time event".

You say it was burried in the docs, but where? A search on "time event" or "event time" didn't reveal anything.

Look in the pdf file (I'm using the one from build 789) in sections 5.3.3.38 and 6.2.1.1.2.

I meant burried!
