Not a problem, I found your help to be very considerate.

However, this incident does point to a need for Sparx Systems to update their "Help" file or Web site to provide a correct and complete process for setting up the BPMN Add-In.

This has been a common theme here in the forum. We're balanced between the pace of feature addition and improvement and the difficulty of keeping the documentation accurate up to date. Recently - particularly since several new features appeared in version 6.0 - this is becoming a real sore point.

On the positive side, my conversations with Sparx folks indicate that they are devoting time and resources to this. Of course I still find the pace too slow, but I'm willing to extend some additional 'grace time' if that's all that's needed.

My guess - and my hope - is that we will see improvement in at least some of the above areas when (or very shortly after) 6.5 comes out. I think that's fairly close, but it will arrive when it's ready, and not before. There is usually a short beta period for registered users, lasting around 1 - 3 builds. This would be a good time to look (or list) at holes in the documentation and get these in front of Sparx.
