Constraints in UML profile

Hi,

I would like to create a profile with some stereotypes and then put some constraints on it. I already have profile, the problem is with constraints.  

I want to create constraint in OCL, which says, that BusinessGoal(class with stereotype BusinessGoal) must be always connected with Problems (class with stereotype
Problem).

Is it possible to validate such constraint in EA? Can somebody help?
