Baseline disappears!? bug?

I have version controlled packages in my project (CVS). I want to create baselines for each version to quickly find out what was changed.

Each time when I check out package, I loose saved baselines. Can I get those baselines back?
What I must do to not loose baselines when I check out package?

Also I don’t understand why option “Get All latest” is disabled?

I think that what has happened is that the package checked in didn't have the baselines.  When you check it out, EA clears your package (including the baselines associated with it) and imports the package as found (including any baselines there were in the model when it was checked in.)
