HTML generation Frame Sets

The default HTML generation creates a three frame set top left being the tree, bottom left the details on the branch of the tree and right the diagram.
Can anyone help with the changes I would have to make to the HTML templates in order to remove the lower left frame and move the contents to the branch on the top left frame. The end result I need is a two frame screen with the tree on the left and the diagram on the right, can anyone help, please?
