HELP: Invalid KeyStore file error

About 4 months ago we began using shared licenses. However the key store has become corrupted on several occasions for no known reason.

When this happens users are unable to start EA. When I fire up the KeyStore utility the key count is 0. While I've gotten good at reloading keys quickly, this is not a viable long-term solution.

EA has been a grassroots success--displacing Rational and Visio, the "official" standards of my company. Unfortunately this problem is now raising concerns by both senior managers and even once loyal users.

Any information or recommendation is welcome. My sense of urgency is elevated because I will soon take week of vacation. If EA is unavailable for a week it will be a big mess. Permanently forsaking vacation is not an option. :-/

I submitted a bug report to Sparx a while back, but unfortunately haven't heard anything--which is troubling since every other request or report had always gotten a prompt reply.

Just purchased EA and am getting the same problem. Did you ever get a resolution?
