Diagrams & Project in Oracle Database

I am newbie in EA. I have problem with adding new diagram into project, when the source of the project is in oracle database.

I have created the schema in 9i and objects based on the file downloaded from sparx sites -> Oracle9i_BaseModel.sql

When I open project from that data source, the project menu is shadowed and is not available and I cannot create any diagram.

Do you know what I missed in my steps ?

The base project (EABase.eap) in the EA folder is a good starter. There is also a sample project (EAExample.eap) in that folder.
