getting my key

I bought Enterprise Arcjotect this morning but still do not have my key.

What do I have to do???

You should get an email from the vendor - usually the agent you bought it through rather than Sparx - with the key. Just cut and paste it - complete with the surrounding braces - into the dialog you see when you start EA.

Write an email to Sparx sales deparment (address somewhere on the main site).

But David is right. Normally you get the key via mail from the vendor and you should contact them as well.
