External link into HTML documentation

I am evaluating EA for a development project that uses a BPM tool which generates its own HTML documentation.  I would like to know if there is a way to hyperlink directly into a specific diagram in the HTML site created by EA.  

For example, I would create (or import from the BPM tool) the business process entries into EA.  I would like to insert a hyperlink in the BPM tool process documentation so that the generated HTML would hyperlink into that process' diagram in the EA HTML site.
