MDG for Eclips thread takes too long

Hi,

Whenever I'm running generate code from EA (having installed the EA MDG plugin), it then takes at least a couple of minutes for me to be able to go to Eclipse and Refresh my project (to see my new code).

Eclipse comes up with a dialog box saying

waiting for background work to finish...

It looks like the EA thread is still hanging around or not finished writing to the files.

Has anyone experienced the same thing?
