Are those tags or what?

In standard EAExample, in package System model::Deployment model::Head Office Deployment there is a diagram HO Servers. On that diagram, for instance there is a node instance called Web server that has name=value pairs displayed on it. I can't figure out how to get to it and change or add these pairs. They are not tags as far as I see becouse when I ad tags, they are displayed in a separate compartment and in different color. So what is that and how do I get to edit it?

It's the run state and you can change it from objects context menu.
