Baseline Comparisons - Classifier only?

Just wanted confirmation that the only parts of Element that are currently compared (as of v6.5) are those that are common to all Classifiers (+ Attributes and Operations for Classes).

I made some changes in other areas of the non structural element and the comparison process didn't pick them up.  Have I understood the current functionality correctly?
