BUG: Ok/Apply options greyed out

When I draw a diagram in EA, and I place a symbol on the "canvas", the symbol properties (name, notes, description, all of that stuff) appear in a dialog box. However, despite the symbol, the Ok and Apply buttons are greyed out so I cannot commit my changes, such as adding a description.

Has anyone here experienced this problem and how can it be fixed?
