UML Profiles - recreate specific toolbox items?

I want to create a new UML profile for Activity Diagrams that is specific to our organization. This is so that the toolbox items are limited and the Business Analysts can only use certain tools to draw their activity diagrams. I am including some existing toolbox items such as Activity, Initial, Final and Decision and I am excluding other things like Action, Synch, and Merge.  I have most of the profile completed but I don’t know how to add the two “Fork/Join” items.

Can anyone help?

Where can I find the information to do this for other existing toolbox items as well?

I don’t know how to add the two “Fork/Join” items.

In the Create New Metaclass dialog, they are named "Synch(H)" and "Synch(V)".
