TFS, check-in policy ea 6.5

We are just starting to use ea 6.5. We have TFS and are using a check-in policy.

In ea 6.1 we got the workitem editor after trying a check in without satisfying the policy and could override the policy.

Now in ea 6.5 we just get an error message and the files are not checkd in.

Am i missing something ?
