Keep constraints from being reordered?
« on: November 14, 2006, 07:47:02 am »
I have created a UML Profile that includes a stereotype that has several constraints. The constraints need to be in a specific order for reporting purposes and so they are in the profile in that order. However, when I show the profile in the UML Toolbox and place the stereotyped element on a diagram, the constraints are all reordered alphabetically.  How can I get the constraint order to stay the way I want it?  I do not want to have to manually reorder the constraints every time.

I am using 6.5.799

Try uncheck  Optiones - Objects - Sort features alphabetically.

But my experience is, it doesn't help in this specific case. I think it is a bug.

Another starnge thing, if I order constraints as I will, they will show in Relationships window in different order - another bug.
