Drill Up
« on: November 20, 2006, 08:11:15 pm »
When I have an activity diagram with children diagrams, I can double-click to drill down and open the child diagram.

Is there a reverse process?

If I'm in a diagram, how do I know what references it?

thanks
Jonny

There's none, except you put hyperlinks in or you use EA's tab navigation. There once was a thread dealing with this issue. Maybe you can find and join it.

WOT I DO

If you want to get to the parent element info on the child diagram, just include it on the child diagram - double clicking on it will bring up the properties window.

If you want a ¨back"button - drag the parent diagram from the project tree onto the child diagram and set it as a hypelink.

edit: or if you want more sensible results set it as a hyperlink  ;D

More sensible yes, but perhaps not more sensational.   ;D
