HTML generation : pb with '<' and '>' charac
« on: December 05, 2006, 08:31:20 am »
Hello,

OUR CONTEXT : we are currently using EA for functionnal specifications on a large scale project involving hundreds of requirements. Until today we were using the 6.1 version. We are all very impressed by this product so far.

We describe our requirement details in a way like this :

"The system must check that the <TransferAmount> is not greater than the <AccountBalanceAmount> "

The following syntax ' <ConceptName> ' is used to identify in the requirement details the terms that refer to a concept described as Class, attribute, ...etc.

PROBLEM DESCRIPTION : with the 6.5.800 HTML generator all terms between '<' and '>' are not visible in the html report. (It was ok with the 6.1 version)
I'm a bit afraid of changing this syntax on all requirement details.

Is there somewhere some options to resolve this point? Or some workaround?

Thank you very much.

You should report this as bug to Sparx.
