Attribute sorting problem
« on: December 07, 2006, 01:22:55 am »
Hi,

I have an object model in EA 6.5.800 and am trying to keep my attributes sorted. "Sort Features Alphabetically" is off.

When I change an attribute in an existing class (e.g. to add a comment or change the type) the attribute automatically is moved to the bottom of the list. This is _very_ annoying. >:(

This is especially bad for designing XML schemas where the sequence of elements matters.

Is there a setting to prevent this behaviour?

Thanks in advance,
HB

I seem to remember something like this in a recent (but pre-800) build. Regardless of whether this was repaired earlier, it certainly needs to be done now.

Report this to Sparx as a bug. From EA you can get to the correct page via Help | On-line Resources | Bug Report Page.
No, you can't have it!

Thanks Peter,

I think it was from you I heard about this earlier - sometime around the middle of last month if I'm correct...
