Documenting an Oracle Forms System

Hi,
I am throwing this out to the community for suggestions and help. I have a contract documenting an extensive series of systems based on an a series of Oracle Databases and using Oracle Forms for end user interaction.

I have reverse engineered the databases into a project and created some basic use cases.

The next step is document the Oracle Forms. these forms are extensive. For example, a drop down Main Menu item may have over 20 options and some have sub menus with over 10 sub menu items.

The options and sub menu items open screen which access data elements and tables I have reverse engineered and I would lie to integrate the screens and menus with the databases elements.

Suggestions!? Is EA the right tool for this?
