Browser icon is not updated correctly

The browser icon is not updated correctly when the stereotype of the class changes - say to table.

It's obviously OK if you refresh the package...

This could be improved, but...

This should be consistent with other behavior that depends on a package (or perhaps diagram) refresh. Some other things occasionally await the next reload or refresh. While not optimal, the icons etc. should obey the same rules unless the rest of the refresh problem is resolved.
