Diagram Order in Use Case Document
« on: December 14, 2006, 06:46:53 pm »
I cannot get the diagrams to appear in the correct order in the pre-canned use-case report (or any other template for that matter). I need them to appear in order that they appear in the project browser, but they always seem to be random order. In addition, I have subpackages 3 deep and all of the diagrams are missing from report for the level 3 package. Document generation with EA is extremely frustrating...
What setting am I missing?

What settings are you using?

I wonder if you are somehow set to not report the 'outer' package - there is an option to include it - and not reporting 'inner' packages - there is another option to drill down. If so, you might be getting only the middle layer. I don't remember which options they are, and am trying to rush here, but take a look at the dialogs and see if you can find these two. They should be check boxes.
No, you can't have it!
