Import from EA to Visio

Is there a way to Import from EA to Visio.

I have an situation where some users would like to modify some of the process flows, and they only have Visio experience, and learning a new tool may not be an option.  I may need to convert process flow diagrams to Visio.  

Has anyone done this before.  I tried saving as XML and opening up in Visio, but there are scheme issues.
