How to remove MDG Link for VS2003

We have a number of licences on various machines.  One model that we were using to test VS2003 linkage via MDG Link for Visual Studio has that Add-in.  We're now trying VSI the newer Visual Studio Integration for VS2005.

How do we remove the older MDG Link?  It doesn't appear on the Add/Remove Programs.  Could that be because although the model uses the MDG link, the machine it's currently on never had it installed?

I've just told the Add-in Manager not to load the MDG Link at Startup.  Is that enough?
