stereotype shape script access to parent diagram

I have a custom shape script on an association stereotype which hides parts of the label.  I would like to customise the shape script behaviour based on properties of the diagram that contains the association, ie I would like to be able to have the association appear in two different diagrams with a different look.  Does anyone know of a way (if it is possible) to access details about the containing diagram from a shape script?
