Generating .chm-documentation with toc and index

Hi,
despite the fact that the topic had already been mentioned before, I would like to know if there are any further developments regarding the generation of a single .chm-File out of the EA HTML documentation.
I know about the possibilities of HtmlHelpMaker but i still miss the functionality to have a table of contents and a searchable index within that single .chm-file.
Are there any efforts to solve this problem or has it already been solved?

Sure,I could do that manually with RoboHelp or HTML Workshop but I have to create such documentations at frequent intervals and would like to have an automated mechanism for this.
Maybe there's another way to create such a single-file-documentation...
