BUG: Nesting of Features and Requirements

The nesting of Features and Requirements is inconsistent

A requirement can be "nested" under any other element in the project browser (such as components, artifacts, etc).

A feature can not, except (it seems) for requirements.

Even more confusing is the fact that a feature can be nested in a requirement that is nested in a component, but can't be nested in the component itself.

Bizarre! The Unique Interface (UI) strikes again!
