How To: SD from multiple .net projects

There is a multiple project C# solution created with MS VS Studio 2005 (consists of some.dll + GUI.exe). Is there a way to configure EA that supports:
- data enter via GUI.exe
- setting up a brake in dll code to make sequence diagrams

I managed to set up brakes with standalone project (with framework compiler, btw, not with studio one) but I cannot do that for the two projects in one solution.
