Evaluating EA facing error
« on: March 27, 2007, 08:48:11 pm »
I am trying to evaluate EA.
My version is 6.5.804 (Build 804)
I am on XP SP2

Whenever i try to create a project or open the EAExample I get the following error.

An error has ocurred: Incorrect version of DLL file 'MSJET35.DLL' was found

Have searched the help file and the web site  for string "Incorrect version of DLL" but no luck.

Have run MDAC 2.7 SP1 update. Can i get any pointers to solve this problem

Found the answer. Didnt realise that the forum search was not the same as the site search.

sorry stupid of me

However I think this should be there in the help file or a readme when the trial is installed

Never noticed that, but indeed! Why doesn't this one offer a forum search as option - or even better include the forum in the search automatically?
