EA does not show up in VS 2005

Hi,
I have installed EA 6.5.805 and MDG integration (both licensed).
I don't see MDG/EA in VS2005 and the Connect External Project | Visual Studio etc. in EA does not retain the settings.

I have performed a devenv.exe /resetsettings and reinstalled both EA and MDG multiple times.

Any idea? Something in the registry?
