Export ONLY Communication messages table

Hi,
I've been trying to figure out how to export the table shown as 'Diagram/Sequence Communication Messages' to csv or text.  Is there a simple way to achieve this? ???

This would be really useful for some of our design docs, did anyone find a way of doing this?
