Refreshing a table in a Class Diagram
« on: July 05, 2007, 08:31:41 am »
I have created a Class Diagram of some tables from a SQL Server DB.  The structure of one of the tables has changed, so I would like to refresh that table in the project view and have its diagram updated *without* losing all of the links and notes.  Can this be done?

If I gout you right, you re-ed the tables into EA. In your case I'd do a 2nd import into another package and just move the changed table. I'm not sure whether EA does synch tables. You could try to backup - re-import and see what happens. If it doesn't work, try Catch21.

I synch tables from DB all the time. They dont have comments, so I can't tell about it, but they are surely recognized when synching (not duplicated).
