How to generate a user list

I am using the corporate edition of Enterprise Architect with a SQL Data Base and security turned on. There are about 30 users up to now. From time to time I would like to send them a notification email about new features or software updates. So I would like to generate a list of the users configured by project -> security -> manage users. Has anyone an idea, how I can retreive a user list out of EA?

I guess the best way would be from DB.
I haven't check which table it is , but it surly has some users table.
