Accurev (Version Control) Integration

I am trying to connect to a project that is version controlled by Accurev.  I followed the instructions to connect to the Acurev repostiroty - but when I hit the 'Save' Button I am getting an error that reads "Error while initializing Version Control Provider: Failed to load SCC module"

Has any one experienced this kind of a problem and let me know how to get around this problem?

You must download and install the "AccuBridge for Microsoft SCC v4.5.3" from:

http://www.accurev.com/cgi-bin/dlvalidate.cgi?file=ab4.5.3/pkgs/AccuBridge_4_5_3_MS-SCC_all_all.zip

... and follow the installation instructions.

This will allow you to complete the integration.

I have installed the AccuBridge for Microsoft SCC v4.0.2 (Accubriidge_4_0_1_MS-SCC-ALL_ALL) since I am using 4.0.1 version Accurev.  I continue to get the same error.  

any help from anyone in this regard will be greatly apprecaited.
