Help in linking objects ( graphically)

Hello,

I m using Enterprise architecture to generate a metamodel

My problem is :

I have defined a package and an object instance in a package
Lets say i have a package called XYZ and object: xyz in it

XYZ

------> XYZ ( object )

I have many packages , each containing logical diagrams and various containers , objects etc


Global_Package
           
             Global Diagram

            Package1
                           object1
                           object2
           Package2
                           ...………
                           ………...
           Package3

           Package4

           Package5  (XYZ)
                             XYZ_object1 (moduledef)
                             
There is a global diagram which links various objects in different packages , this diagram is in the root folder

I have an example in which When object1 of package 1 is linked to global diagram,    object 1 appears in the Global diagram

But when i tried to create my own package , package5  , XYZ and created an object ( container )  XYZ_object1 and linked it to my global diagram

XYZ_object1 doesnt appear in the global diagram even though i did everything .. exactly as for the other objects in the other packages which appear in the global diagram.

Could you please tell me what I'm missing?
