Error: Not enough memory ?

Hi,

I've just installed the demo version of EA 7.0.815. If I try to open the EAExample or any other project, an error message occurs "An error has Occurred: Not enough memory.". I use MS Windows XP Prof. Service Pack 2, Pentium M 2.13GHz, 1.50GB RAM.
Has anyone the same problem or an idea, what to do?

Only idea: the file is corrupted. Try to install another download. Or maybe you create a temporary database to see what happens.

I have already tried another download, but without effect. The error message still occurs.
What do you mean with "create a temporary database"? I don't use a database in EA. I just tried to load the example or a new project.

May be should should delete all the folder and reinstall (though you probably tried it...)

The EAP files are MS Access databases. Maybe it is a Jet4 issue. Search this forum for Jet4.

I have enabled the usage of Jet4 in Tools --> Options and now everything works fine.

Indeed it was quite simple: strange message with EA is most likely some Jet4 issue. Sparxians: you remember to make Jet4 default with the next release, don't you?
