Keeping arrangement when DB schema is importing?

Colleagues, is it possible to keep diagram arrangement when DB schema is importing?
I use Synchronization existing classes variant in Project | Database Engineering | Import DB Schema from ODBC dialog, but new import break previos diagram arrangement.

There's an option Autolayout somewhere. Uncheck it and it should be okay.

I found Diagram Layout Options page but it doesn't contain any checkboxes for turning off Autolayout

It's somewhere in the Import dialog itself...

In 813 version of EA there isn't a such option neither in Diagram Layout Options dialog, nor in Import DB Schema from ODBC dialog.

Ooops. Haven't used that for a while but I'm sure there was something in 6.5.

Someone else knowing a solution?

Edit: Can't you create/open an empty diagram prior to the import?

First time schema is imports to an empty diagram, then this diagram is synchronizing and... arrangement destroyed(hypothetically by autolayout).

There's something about layout when importing databases in the release notes for 816 (dated today). Have you checked whether that addresses the problem?

Only one question:
Following option has 3 variants:
Tools | Options | Source Code Engineering | Auto Layout Diagram On Import

-Always
-On New Diagrams
-Never

For Never variant all corect, but when On New Diagrams is selected import from DB into existing diagram do autolayout. Is it correct?

Just guessing, but...

There was also something about improvements to layout of imported DB diagrams in the 816 release notes.

Perhaps the two updates conflict, with the DB 'improvement' trashing the repaired autolayout setting.
