HTML Template Tags

Is there any documentation on the tags, eg #NAME#, used in the templates for HTML Reports?

Are the only tags possible those that are in the default templates or are there more?

Also, is it possible to change the order of - or omit altogether - tabs in an element's detail table, eg Custom Properties.

And, while I'm at it, I cannot seem to change the Tagged Values for an element - there is no "Content - Tagged Values" template and modifications to the "Tagged Values" template has no effect on what is displayed in the content table for an element. Sigh.
