EA ignoring note associations

With the latest version of EA for windows, if I attempt to link a note to a table when designing a database schema, I get an error (DAO.Recordset (3021)). The association appears on the diagram but when I save the model, restart EA and reload the model, the link is no longer present in the model and my notes are orphaned.

Anybody else seen this?

Try Tools/Data Management/Data Integrity

If the error persists you should contact Sparx support
