Import Eclipse uml or emx with pathmap

Our models created in either RSA 7 or Eclipse UML2 use a datatype library that is configured in a plugin, and a pathmap variable for resolving the library location on a user's system.  I cannot find a way to import this model into EA 7 using the latest build.

For example, property types in the model look like this in XMI:
pathmap://HL7_LIBRARIES/HL7Datatypes.library.uml#_wg72EGOcEduc9MGooOzwqw

The same pathmap URI style is used for the Eclipse built-in libraries (UML2 standard datatypes, Ecore, Java).  Is there any way to configure this pathmap variable, HL7_LIBRARIES, with a local file path?  Now, all of these properties are imported to EA with 'int' type.
