Table operation drag+drop problems
« on: October 22, 2007, 07:05:18 pm »
As with other types of classifiers, EA allows you to drag and drop operations and attributes between data modelling elements.

However, when you drag an operation that contains a column (parameter) that doesn't exist in the new classifier AND you have a need to delete the column, you can't!  The delete button has no apparent effect.

In addition, if you try to modify it to use an existing column - when you save the "overridden" column, EA creates a new parameter and leaves the invalid one in place.

These anomalies need to be rectified.
