possibility customize the display virtual methods
« on: October 22, 2007, 11:20:50 pm »
Hi,

I'm using EA 6.5.803
It is possible to customize the display virtual methods in a class diagram like for example {abstract} methods.
For example: {abstract} methods are displayed in italics and underlined. Is it possbile to define something like that for (normal) virtual methods (these are methods assigned with the pure property).

thanks in advance
martin.

I don't think you can get EA to make the distinction.

You could do something like this with a shape script. You would have to draw the entire classifier though, which might involve some serious work.

Another idea would be to write an add-in that found such elements and rendered them a bit differently; perhaps a different border or color or something.
No, you can't have it!
