Pseudo-messages?

Is it possible to draw pseudo-messages in sequence diagrams in EA? I'm reading UML Distilled (3rd ed.)

This is basically a message without the arrow, i.e., just the name and decorations.

Haven't seen that. Only way would be to place plain text in the diagram - but that's not really a solution. However, there might be some hidden functionality.
