displaying one to many relationships when reverse

We are using Java 5.0 and have implemented code in a class where we have declared a List of different object from the same package, as an attribute.
When we reverse engineer this code back into a class diagram the relationship between the objects is not shown on the diagram.
Can anyone shed any light.
Please excuse if I am not very clear, I'm a bit of a newbie.
