Does MDG Integration for Eclipse support C++ ?
« on: July 11, 2007, 07:33:30 am »
Hi forum,

I'm playing with the evaluation version of MDG Integration for Eclipse (prior to v2.0). I'd like to use this link for Eclipse C++ projects. It seems that the EA link only recognizes Java projects.  I would consider the purchase of such plug-in, in a positive case. Am I'm doing something wrong ?

By the way, it was not said anywhere in the brochure but this software works with a native Eclipse running under Linux and EA running under Linux/CrossOver windows emulator.

Cool !

It doesn't connect to C++ projects yet, but we are working on it.

Hi Rafael

Could You describe how did you do that Eclipse works with EA via MDG under linux? which version of software you are use?
I downloaded trial versions of EA (7.0.818) and MDG Integration (2.0) and installed it via CrossOver. EA works ok independently but it dosn't work with Eclipse (Europa 3.3). Under Eclipse when I choose "EAProject Explorer" or "MDG OPtions" I still get information "The chosen operation is not currently available". How shoud I configure MDG in EA if I don't have Eclipse.exe file?

Thanks for help
