parameter stereotype
« on: December 21, 2007, 10:11:49 pm »
OK how about this - how do I get the parameter stereotype from a template?

I can't find any built in way to do it. So I went into Add-In land. The closest I found was to get the operation by it's GUID, get it's list of parameters, and try to get the one with the same name as me, but that bombs out.

Any ideas? Maybe it's obvious ...

It gets worse - parameter stereotypes are ignored. Simple check, add a feature stereotype override for a parameter, such as for <<set>>. on the "Parameter" template. Unfortunately it's ignored.

I think I've seen this in the forum before. Unfortunately I cannot remember what the end result was.

Perhaps you should do a search.
No, you can't have it!
