Multi-lingual Glossary

My students are developing an application in which they need to address globalization issues.  They are developing a glossary of domain terms and their definitions.  Glossary entires will also include the standardized label to be used for any field on any and all electronic forms or reports designating such a field.  There will need to be a label expression in each of the languages the system will support.  For example: one might need a lable for a "Purchase Order Number" (of PO #) and what ever the, let's say French, equivelant of that might be.  Alas, and with apologies to the international community, we only know the US English language.  The target domain for this application is an Ice Cream Manufacturing Plant.

Is anyone on this forum aware of any resources that we might use to map an English Business label into other languages?  We'll take what ever we can get, but one in electronic form would be best I think.
