Error when generating RTF Documentation

Using: EA 7.0.818 with Progress 10.1B03 repository

The follow error occurs repeatedly:

Data provider or other service returned an E_FAIL status.
---------------------------

---------------------------

Questions:
1. Does anyone know what's causing this error?
2. How does one look up this type of error message? (is it EA or ODBC or ).
